American Legion Post 31 Effective date: October 18, 2026

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by American Legion Post 31, 140 North Walnut Street, East Palestine, OH 44413.

Program Description

When you place an order on epalp31.org (such as a bingo packet prepay or lunch order) and enter your mobile number at checkout, you agree to receive a text receipt with your pickup number from American Legion Post 31. These are transactional messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

The consent shown at checkout reads: “By entering your mobile number you agree to receive a text receipt with your pickup number from American Legion Post 31. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message Frequency

One text message per purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. To receive text receipts again, enter your mobile number at checkout on a future order.
